Yes, we are Australian owned and operated. All items listed on our website are stocked in our Sydney warehouse.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on Kohler Spare Parts and Engines?
Yes, we pass on Kohler’s warranty terms to our customers. Spare Parts come with a 3 month warranty, and Engine warranty terms vary from 3 months to 3 years dependant on the model type.

Q: What are your payment options?
Payment can be securely made by credit card or PayPal.

Q: If I register or transact on your site are my credit card and contact details secure?
Yes, our site is SSL certified. All data transfer is 128bit encrypted in a secure package. Please refer to our Privacy & Security Policy for full detail.

Q: I have my own account with another freight carrier, can I use this with Oz Engines and Spares?
You will not be able to use your own freight supplier for orders placed. All orders will be sent using Oz Engines and Spares’ preferred freight supplier, with free shipping Australia wide.

Q: Can I collect my order in person?
No, we do not offer this service at this stage.

Q: Do I have to be home for delivery?
It is preferred, but not essential. You will need to provide an Authority to Leave (ATL) if you would like to leave goods unattended at the delivery address. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for full details.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship within Australia.

Q: How long before my order arrives?
We work within TNT and Toll’s estimated time frames for Australian customers and expect delivery to occur within 3-5 days of dispatch dependent upon your location.

Q: Can my order be sent to a different address to my credit card?
Yes, we can deliver to who and where you specify at the time of order. This information will need to be specified at the Delivery Address section of the checkout process.

Q: Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
No, our carrier cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
