For all returns contact Oz Engines and Spares by clicking here. You will be given a refund number to attach with your returned items and will then be advised on the return delivery address.

Oz Engines and Spares offers a full refund on all our products provided items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving your original order and the cost of delivery to return the item to Oz Engines and Spares will be the responsibility of the customer.

All goods will be inspected on return. In the event that an item is returned to us that is not in its original condition and packaging, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Any items received damaged or faulty should be reported to Oz Engines and Spares within 7 days of successful delivery. We will then advise if the return of the item is necessary.

The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse, so make sure items are properly packed to reduce the risk of them getting damaged on the way to our warehouse.

Oz Engines and Spares is not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Oz Engines and Spares does not offer an exchange for incorrectly ordered parts or parts ordered by mistake. If you want to exchange an item you’ll need to return the correct item, and order and pay for a new item.

It can take up to 5 working days for your return to arrive at our warehouse and we’ll send you an email to let you know once it has been received and your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.

In addition to the above, Oz Engines and Spares passes Kohler’s warranty on to its customers. Kohler Spare Parts generally come with a 3 month warranty, and Kohler Engine warranty terms vary from 3 months to 3 years dependant on the model type.
